Acupuncture at our Nyali clinic, for pain that has not responded to other treatment.
What to expect
A short consultation first, so the treatment addresses your actual problem rather than being applied generically. Then treatment lying down, with fine needles left in place for around twenty minutes. Most people find it deeply relaxing. Afterwards you may feel loose and slightly tired, passing by the next day.
Most people know within three to five sessions whether it is helping. If nothing has changed by then we will say so rather than sell you another course.
Cupping in the same session
Cupping suits broad areas of tightness, upper backs and shoulders especially, which is much of what physical work in this climate produces. Mention it when booking so we allow the time. It leaves circular marks for a few days, which are neither bruises nor painful.
Where
Our Nyali clinic, with parking on site, a few minutes from the Nyali Bridge. Acupuncture needs the treatment room, so it is clinic-only, but our physiotherapy and massage services travel to you.

Common questions
How do I book?
Call or book online. We hold same-week appointments and will give you the earliest genuine slot.
Is acupuncture available on the coast?
Less widely than in Nairobi, which is part of why we offer it. Availability is limited, so booking a few days ahead is sensible.
What does it cost?
Session rates are on our pricing page and confirmed before your first appointment. No packages: you pay per session.
Book a physiotherapist on the coast
Clinic appointments in Nyali, or a physiotherapist at your door from Mtwapa to Diani. Same-week slots.
