Assessment before adjustment
Not every painful back should be adjusted. Some needs strengthening instead, some needs imaging first, and a small number need a doctor rather than either of us. So the first appointment is assessment: history, movement testing, and screening for the signs that point somewhere else.
If adjustment suits your problem, we explain what we are doing before we do it. If it does not, we say so and point you to what does, which is often the physiotherapy side of the same practice.
Availability on the coast
Chiropractic care is thinner on the ground here than in Nairobi, and people regularly tell us they had been travelling up-country for it. Having it available in Nyali alongside physiotherapy means you do not have to choose an approach before anyone has examined you.
Adjustment needs a proper treatment table, so this is a clinic service. Our physiotherapy and massage services travel to you.

Chiropractic focuses on restoring joint movement; physiotherapy on rehabilitating the muscles and patterns around it. Many problems respond to either and plenty do best with both. We assess first and say which we think fits: including when it is the other one.
Is there a chiropractor on the coast?
Fewer than in Nairobi, which is part of why we offer it here. Availability is limited, so booking a few days ahead is sensible.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. We do not sell long pre-paid plans. Most people notice a change within two or three visits; if you do not, we reassess rather than sell you twelve more.
