The coast is a strip, not a city
Mombasa is not laid out like a city where everything is twenty minutes away. It is a long ribbon of coastline split by a creek and a ferry, and a patient in Shanzu who needs treatment twice a week is facing a real journey each time.
That geography is the whole reason this service exists. Attendance drives outcomes, and attendance collapses when getting there is the hardest part of the day.
Who we see at home
People recovering from surgery who cannot yet drive. Stroke patients needing two or three sessions a week over months. Older residents whose mobility is precisely what makes travelling difficult. And a steady stream of hotel guests who have hurt themselves on holiday and would rather not spend a day of it finding a clinic.
What we bring
A portable treatment table and everything needed for assessment and treatment. Sessions run exactly as they would in the clinic, and we leave the plan written down, because whoever helps you day to day is often not in the room when it gets explained.

Common questions
Do you visit hotels and resorts?
Regularly. Guests who have injured themselves on holiday, and staff who need treatment around shift patterns, are both a routine part of our week.
How far along the coast do you go?
Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu, Mombasa Island and Mtwapa as standard. Diani and the south coast by arrangement: the ferry makes it a longer trip, so we group those visits.
What do I need at home?
Nothing. We bring the table and equipment. A firm surface and a clear patch of floor is enough.
Is it more expensive?
There is a travel component that varies by area, confirmed before the first appointment.
