The far end of the patch
Mtwapa sits across the creek at the northern boundary of where we work as standard. Twenty-five to thirty minutes from the clinic in reasonable traffic, which is manageable for us and genuinely difficult for a patient doing it twice a week.
That asymmetry is the argument for home visits here, particularly for long-course rehabilitation: after a stroke, after joint replacement, or for older patients whose mobility is the problem being treated.
