Where Kilifi sits for us
An hour north of Nyali on the Malindi Road, past Mtwapa and Kikambala. Close enough to serve properly on planned days, far enough that we will not pretend it is a short-notice service.
Kilifi Town and Mnarani sit either side of the creek, which matters for travel time: the bridge is the only crossing, and being on the wrong side adds minutes. Bofa runs out to the beach, and Takaungu, Vipingo, Mtondia and Kikambala are on the road between here and Mombasa, so they are covered on the same run.
What we see here
A mix. Resort and hotel guests along the Bofa and creek side. Residents with the ordinary musculoskeletal caseload and limited local options. Post-surgical patients discharged from Mombasa hospitals who need rehabilitation carried out at home. And Pwani University staff and students with sports and desk-related problems.
How to make it work
Book a few days ahead and tell us your preferred days. A single thorough assessment with a written programme has real value even where frequent follow-up is not practical, and if what you need is twice-weekly hands-on treatment, we will be straight with you about whether that is realistic from Nyali.

Do you cover Kilifi regularly?
On planned north coast days rather than at short notice. Kilifi is about an hour from the clinic, so we group visits, telling us your preferred days usually gets you seen sooner and costs less in travel.
Can you manage a long course of treatment this far out?
We can, but be aware of what that means. Twice-weekly treatment over three months is a lot of travel, and where a competent physiotherapist exists closer to you, they will serve you better. We will say so rather than take the booking.
What about Vipingo and Takaungu?
